This website is operated by GenesisOne Consulting and Technologies L.L.C-FZ, a free zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, together with its affiliate GenesisOne LLC, Georgia, USA (together “GenesisOne”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit genesis-1.ai or contact us, why we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR / UK GDPR.

Who is responsible

The controller for your data is GenesisOne Consulting and Technologies L.L.C-FZ. For any privacy question, please use our contact form and select a topic that fits.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you select and the message you write.

When you browse the site: our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages requested, date and time. These server logs are needed to deliver the site securely.

Cookies: the site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Why we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the website and our communications, such as our web host and email provider, under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may also share data between GenesisOne entities in the UAE and the USA where needed to answer your enquiry, or with authorities where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers, and GenesisOne LLC, are located outside the UAE. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by commercial record-keeping rules. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Send your request through our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
